Shipping Policy

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery address and the number of items in your order. You can view the exact shipping fee at checkout by adding items to your cart, entering your shipping address, and proceeding to the payment page. The final shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

We are not able to guarantee delivery to U.S. Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses at this time, as availability depends on the specific product ordered. PO Box addresses are accepted for most items, though some products may require a physical street address — you'll be notified at checkout if this applies to your order.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We work with a network of fulfillment partners to get your order to you as efficiently as possible. On average:

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days from when your order is placed (this is the time it takes to prepare and hand off your order for shipment)
  • Transit time: 7–20 business days, depending on the product and your location

Some items may ship faster; others — particularly specialty or made-to-order pieces — may take longer. Because we source from a curated network of suppliers, exact transit times can vary by product. If a specific item is expected to take longer than usual, we'll note this on the product page.

Please note: Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times can be affected by factors outside our control, including local courier delays, customs processing, high shipping demand, weather events, and regional service disruptions. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to keep you informed if your order is significantly delayed.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's progress.

Can I ship to multiple addresses in one order?

Each order can only be shipped to a single address. If you'd like items sent to different addresses, please place separate orders for each.

Will I be charged customs, duties, or import fees?

Some of our products are sourced internationally. In the rare case that a package requires customs processing, any applicable customs fees, import duties, or related charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total. Sales tax, where applicable, is calculated and displayed at checkout based on your state and local tax laws.

What if my order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged?

We stand behind every order. If your package doesn't arrive, is lost in transit, or arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at customersupport@homebodyfinds.store within 30 days of the expected delivery date (or delivery date, for damaged items) with your order number and, if applicable, photos of the issue. We'll work with you to resolve it with a replacement or refund.

Incorrect or undeliverable addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to sender due to an address error, we'll reach out to arrange reshipment, and additional shipping costs may apply.
